Researchers: Webinar and Lesson Planning Workshop Registration

If you are new to SciREN or want a refresher on the basics of educational outreach, please register for the introduction webinar (zoom) as well as making plans to attend the lesson planning workshop (in person with zoom option).

If you've participated in SciREN before, you know that the Lesson Planning Workshop is the time you can start working on lesson plan ideas and talk to experienced teachers about your ideas. You can register just for that event below.

During the webinar, researchers will learn to communicate their research for an audience of K-12 students.
At the workshop event, K-12 teachers and educational researchers will provide the context for researchers to translate their local research into K-12 lesson plans.

During both events, we will provide an overview of the program and spend extended time in discussion with the teachers about their needs and designing your lesson plan based on the intended grade level (K-4, 5-8, or 9-12).
